How do I book a shoot?

Why are the prices for your photography services?

My ‘Rates/Pricing’ package deals are located above on a separate page, but you may also inquire about rates by filling out the contact form or emailing me directly at meghanng.photography@gmail.com if the services you are looking for are not already listed on my rates/pricing page.

Do you give out RAW Files to clients?

I never give out RAW Files under any circumstances, no exceptions.

When will I expect to all receive my photos?

My typical turnaround time is 7-14 business days or less. If there is a rush, I charge an additional fee for a guaranteed 3-5 day delivery order.

How will I be receiving my photos?

Clients will only be able to digitally download their photos through Adobe Lightroom. All you will need is a working email to download the JPEG photos.

*I do NOT print photos but there are tons of forums online that allow you to do so.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a shoot?

I require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to secure a booking. For cancellations, I can't refund the deposit. If a client suddenly wants to reschedule, I do ask that you give me 48 hours notice. If it’s an outdoor shoot and the weather is not holding up, I do allow rescheduling.
